Influence

If you have been following my blog, you know that I like to highlight some of my favorite places to go in the blogosphere in an Influence post. Today I have three to share with you!

1. Collage Vintage

collage vintage fashion blog

Collage Vintage is a blog founded and curated by Sara Escudero since 2009. Sara is based in Madrid and has used her impeccable taste to grow her blog into a beautiful following. I personally love Sara’s way of mixing patterns and textures in an effortlessly chic way. I find myself always being drawn to bloggers that emulate an effortless look. I also want to point out that Sara includes helpful DIY posts about different hairstyles, nail art, and sewing in addition to her outfit posts. Check her out her blogtwitterinstagram, and her Facebook page.

2. Free Your Bliss

free your bliss inspiration blog

When I wake up in the morning, there is nothing I enjoy more than scrolling through uplifting inspiration and enjoying a cup of coffee. For me, uplifting means a mixture of fashion and engaging quotes. Free Your Bliss is a blog I frequently start my day with because it gets my creative juices flowing. Lauren, the girl behind this tumblr, provides the perfect mixture of good quotes, typography, and fashion for my taste. Check out her blog and find her on twitter.

3. Rebsharez

correct

Rebsharez is a blog founded last year and edited by Rebecca Ott. Rebecca has been in the blogosphere for years but she just recently joined wordpress as a place to share more content involving her personal style. I love looking at Reb’s blog because I enjoy her outfit posts but also her take on the happenings in the fashion world. Follow Reb’s blogtumblr, twitter, and instagram.

I hope you guys enjoy perusing through these blogs. Feel free to send me links to which blogs inspire you!

xx,

Cath

Influence of the Week

I am constantly perusing inspiration blogs and well, blogs in general in a borderline unhealthy way. To justify my obsession, I am going to highlight some of my favorite pictures I see weekly. All of these pictures are going to be subject to my weekly mood and I can’t promise that my mood will have any rhyme or reason. In my life long attempt to be just like Mary Kate & Ashley (jk – kinda), welcome to my first Influence* post! IMG_3130 1. This is a page out of Danielle LaPorte’s book I’ve mentioned in previous posts called “The Fire Starter Sessions.” This quote is quite the necessary reminder in my daily life to wear what I want, dream what I want, and to just be free of all that suffocating, overthinking, ego, mess. tumblr_n59khltYBn1qkk2aeo1_1280 2. Picture #2 and pictures #4-7 are from a blog I check daily, http://champagneculture.tumblr.com . For starters, the title on this blog is “Enough is Never Enough” and that sold me right from the start. On top of that, Jamie has beautiful posts and really gets my creative juices flowing. Check this lovely lady out on her blog or on instagram. tumblr_nbj1r1iWCJ1qzh0vno1_400 3. Picture #3 is of the style saint herself, Kate Moss, looking fabulous as ever. Every time I look at this, I can feel my fingers itching to get a grip on this AMAZING headdress. If you like what you see, I highly suggest you mosey on over to chanelbagsandcigarettedrags.com. You can also find the stylish Felicia on instagramsoundcloudpinterest, and twitter. Give her a follow! tumblr_mrilprwcAq1rq9ek2o1_1280 tumblr_mzt3xs1owX1r779qqo1_1280 tumblr_n42yuc14591qh24n6o1_1280 tumblr_mr3tekRBjb1rmsuwro1_r1_1280 Voilá, my first Influence post. If you guys have any particular books, blogs, places, things that influence you regularly, please feel free to share them with me. I would love to see where your inspiration comes from and maybe find some myself. xx, cath * Mary Kate & Ashley’s Book “Influence”
